  I have been to Chipotle all over the country and this location has the worst customer service and atmosphere of any of them, and it’s not even close. The staff does not greet you or look at you, The staff person that took my order left in the middle of taking my order without saying a word and just started talking to the manager and other staff while several staff members all stood around talking and not helping. When she finally came back several minutes later she was too distracted, still talking and didn’t complete my order. When I voiced my displeasure to the manager she didn’t speak or understand English so it was like talking to a wall. You could tell that this is the norm here as most of the staff was very comfortable ignoring the customers and having their own conversations. One poor new staff member was clearly training and struggling to complete another customers order and kept looking around for help to no avail. The floors and tables were absolutely filthy and disgusting. I will never return to this location and am definitely turned off from chipotle in general after this visit. Whoever is in charge here locally or regionally is clearly not doing their job.

  lightskin girl that took care me she did her job but i kid u not i asked an employee about the forks cause it was empty i asked if it was gonna be refilled and he said yes. 5 minutes went by im on my phone waiting he never came back lol no joke😭. i didnt even wanna go to the front and ask for a fork after that cause i woulda got mad if i seen bro just chillin in the back so i used sum forks i saved in my glove compartment💀. Moes better than chipotle yall🫡

  Im not sure what happened to this Chipotle as of recent. My kids love Chipotle and we've eaten here a many times. They've always packed the burrito or fill the bowl to the brim. But unfortunately not as of lately.

  Of all the Chipotles I’ve been to, this location has the most consistent in store experience recently (past 3 months). I come here around opening (10:45am). The food quality seems to be the best right at opening versus later in the day (after 4 pm). Whenever I came to this location in the past, in the evening or for an online order, the food quality would not be as good as it could be. However, the morning/lunch team does a great job! I have not been in the evening recently, but I’ll need to!
