  Drinks are okay! Not as good as they're hyped up to be in my opinion, but the staff is always pleasant and their wait times aren't crazy at peak hours.

  Wonderful staff. Great selection of coffee and other specialty drinks. The cR line runs fast and they are very organized.

  I’ve been coming to 7 Brew since they first opened. My boyfriend and I have been very loyal customers, visiting almost every day (around six times a week) and spending well over $100 each week. Because we’ve always enjoyed our experiences, it’s disappointing to have to leave this review. Unfortunately, our recent visit was not up to the standard we’ve come to expect. When we pulled into the drive-thru, employees acknowledged that we were there from a distance but no one came over to take our order or even say Hello. After waiting about eight minutes while other customers were being helped, we left the line and came back around, only to finally be helped in the other lane about 15 minutes later with only 2 other cars in the drive threw. When we received our drinks, one of them was handed to me overflowing, causing it to spill all over my hand and into my car. On top of that, both drinks were disappointing. I specifically requested light ice, but the drink still had far more ice than expected and became watered down within minutes. My Frozen Chiller Red Bull was also extremely diluted and lacked the flavor I usually enjoy. We’ve had many great experiences at this location, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. We understand that everyone has an off day, but the combination of the long wait, lack of attentiveness, messy drink, and poor drink quality made this experience frustrating. We truly hope this feedback is taken seriously, as we’d love to see the level of service and quality that made us loyal customers in the first place. For now, we’ll be cutting back on our visits.

  First time at this coffee house while I was visiting Port Charlotte, FL. Each and every employee are friendly, patient and helpful. Great pleasure getting to know this establishment in Port Charlotte. Will visit again on my next trip.

  I had such a pleasant experience at this café. The coffee was fresh, rich, and perfectly brewed, while the food was delicious and made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and beautifully decorated, making it an ideal place to enjoy a quiet break or meet with friends. The staff was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout my visit. Everything was clean, well maintained, and created a welcoming environment. I’ll definitely be visiting again and highly recommend this café to anyone looking for great coffee and outstanding service.
