- MSMs SlickJun 19, 20262.0Last night I had the most unexpected experience. After being on the rode driving for 10hrs we decided to stop and get Wings. I’ll start of by saying the food was great (i ordered 3-8 piece combos and they left one order of fries out though) however the service was RIDICULOUS. They were extremely SLOW the staff was cussing at each other. On the screen my order said Ready however it wasn’t and it took another 30 mins before it was actually ready!! A young man walked in stood by the side place a t shirt that was previously on his shoulder, on the rack that they place the orders and begins a conversation with the young lady that was supposed to be bagging food…(he said he’s been working there for 2nd this) i asked him to allow her to do her job and he started arguing with me!!! (Dark skinned, glasses and braces) the tall light skinned guy with dreads who was in the back preparing the food was trying to maintain some order but was getting frustrated the lack of help he was receiving.. after waiting at least an hr to get my food i didn’t have the time or energy to go back and get my fries she (the short dark skinned girl with the long braids) left out… get a new crew… wings we’re good though

I came to the store and the manager Ismael said that he had permission from Lisa to no longer receive my orders for having filed a complaint with you. He left me talking to myself and went to the back. In other words, customers are supposed to receive a punishment for complaining? It's ridiculous and it's the first time I've heard that. Is it discrimination towards me because I don't speak English or I look Latina that they don't want to attend to me anymore? They don't even pay attention to me so they only attend to white people and those who open English? This is too much My husband used to work here and they apologize that's why they can't receive an order from me either, what does he have to do with me? It's not my fault that they give me dry and burnt wings
