  UPDATE: They tell you to email them and "contact them" and they dont even respond..Just put on a show for their reviews! Ew. I should have read the bad reviews first.. Everything was great with the actual golfing part of the experience, but unfortunately the service completely ruined the night for us. We came here Friday for my birthday celebration and had one of the strangest dining experiences I’ve had in a while. Our server was extremely slow the entire time. We constantly had to wait forever for drinks and food, and we had to repeat the same order multiple times because things kept being forgotten. I honestly don’t know if he was new or just poorly trained, but it made the whole experience frustrating. On top of that, the drinks are insanely overpriced — 12 High Noons ended up costing us over $104. What made it worse was that after taking forever to bring our food and drinks, we suddenly got rushed to leave the table because of upcoming reservations. I understand reservations exist, but it’s hard to enjoy your time when most of it was spent waiting because of slow service. Then came the most uncomfortable part. When we paid, the portable machine was acting weird and didn’t allow us to leave a tip electronically. The server didn’t know how to fix it, so we told him we’d gather cash. Instead of handling it professionally, he repeatedly followed us after we left the table and mentioned multiple times that we “forgot to tip him.” That was honestly so uncomfortable and inappropriate. No server should ever follow guests around asking about a tip. We also had questions about the bill, and the manager was absolutely no help. Overall, the experience felt weird, stressful, and way too expensive for the level of service we received. It’s disappointing because this location is so close to us, and I would’ve loved to make it our regular family spot, but after this experience we definitely won’t be coming back. The other locations are honestly much better.

  I booked Topgolf for my son's birthday and left with a long list of reasons not to return. Upon arrival, I handed our server the ice cream cake we had brought and asked her to keep it in the freezer. Later, when I went up to request water for my son, I was told, "I don't have time for you now; I'll come later." The cake then arrived unusually early — before we had even ordered our main courses — half-melted, with the candles already blown out before reaching the table. When I pointed out its condition, I was told it had been that way when I brought it in. It hadn't. It is hard to read this as anything other than a server bringing the cake out early to cover for never having put it in the freezer in the first place. Another frustration: when booking online, there was no option to reserve more than two hours, and when that time ran out at the venue, we were told to leave with no further extensions, despite being a willing customer in the middle of a celebration. The combination of indifferent service, a mishandled cake, a transparent attempt to cover it up, and rigid time policies on a child's birthday made for a memorably bad afternoon. It is worth thinking twice before booking here for anything that actually matters to you.

  Was at TopGolf for a corporate event. My company paid for 2 bays and lots of food. Food was great but service was horrible. We were at the 3 floor all the way in the corner. The guy that should have been taking our drink orders was no where to be found for 15-20 minutes at a time. Would take 1 order and disappear again. We had to walk all the way to the bar area to order drinks. When I suggested starting a tab I was told we had our own server but this guy was nowhere to be found must of the time. Why did the bar have 3 to 4 people hanging around when you have a corporate event with over 20 people and 1 server? Poor service. One of my friends asked for a beer and paid for it. It took so long for her to get it she had to drink it on the way out because they shut down the bays and were cleaning (Over 20 minutes). For the clean up several workers showed up but not to service the corporate event? They lost lots of revenue because it was a hassle to get alcoholic drinks. How am I supposed to leave an active game to walk so far to get a drink on my own? No wonder they are loosing revenue and had to sell the company to another investor to then lay off employees. I blame management. Not once did management come to ask us if we were doing well or needed anything. Management needs hospitality training asap to turn things around. The problem starts there. I will suggest our company to take us somewhere else next time and I will personally not go with friends. The games and food were fun and good but service was less than poor. Corn tortillas were falling apart so they were not fresh so I took one star off on the food. —-Update—- After reading other bad reviews it seems like service is the main driver of the bad reviews. The bad service reviews go back months or over a year and they are still not fixed. What’s the point of asking for additional feedback from reviewers if you won’t fix the service issues? New fresh management needs to come in. Hopefully Leonard Green & Partners does a clean sweep and turns it around because Top Golf is fun.

  I had a great experience at this top golf! Me and a couple buddies decided to catch up so we ended up booking two hours at the top golf in pompano, the service was amazing when we got there they already had our spots picked out and ready for us they made sure to be attentive by checking in on us every few minutes making sure our drinks were filled. the manager Sergio even came to make sure we were satisfied with everything. The guy that was serving us had a great personality and we were cracking jokes with the staff all night long. The food came out surprisingly quick and really hit the spot after a couple rounds of top golf. It was all around a great experience and we will be coming back soon!

  I decided to celebrate my husband’s Birthday at Top Golf Pompano on May 1, 2026. It’s a nice hangout spot, and the service is excellent. However, my biggest issue was the pricing for certain party celebration packages. Your down deposit will not be half of your party package total price so you’ll be better off not getting any package and just paying for your food and drinks while dining in. This place truly upset me on my husband’s Birthday. P.S. I am not bashing Top Golf in any way, shape, or form, because my issue with the Birthday Party Celebration package is an everyday occurrence. However anyone who comes across my review and you’re planning to host a big celebration of any sort and you sit down or even talk to anyone who's in charge of putting the party together, and you talk to them through e-mail, please, please get every thing in writing so that way you have proper proof of the conversation that was discussed with the representative that helped you plan your event. That is where I went wrong I did not get everything in writing. Thank you Top Golf for giving my husband, along with the rest of our crew an amazing experience after the celebration was over everyone including my husband told me how much they had fun and enjoyed themselves so I must give credit where credit is due.
