I’m the only customer and the ppl in the drive thru we’re gone before the lady from drive thru comes to take my order. She takes the order, I pay and she goes back to drive thru. The other lady is visible but doesn’t take order because….drum roll… SHE SPEAKS NO ENGLISH. I left the store without my receipt because the lady who gave the food doesn’t understand that I’m asking for my receipt. I had the option to go to the other location in federal near imperial point. I should have done that.

- TTTaliyah TysonApr 6, 20261.0alot of times i come to this location and the customer service is lackluster. however the lady working drive thru 04/06/2026 around 11:25am is completely rude and short. its standard to not just “welcome to pollo” but welcome to pollo , can i take your order , or give me a second. please update your employees on greetings and sounding pleasurable. my first 2 drink choices were unavailable and i received very short bland rude tone answers about that. i love pollo’s food but i do not love nasty attitudes with my good food.
