The product we received from Pizza Hut Express was below even the lowest quality standards one would expect from a fast-food chain. After eating a pizza this bad, we honestly don’t feel like eating pizza again for a long time. It was a truly disappointing experience and a complete waste of both money and time. This level of quality does not reflect well on your brand.

I went to the checkout to purchase a pizza and a soft drink when the manager, Daniel, abruptly snatched the pizza out of my hands and stated, "This pizza isn't yours." He then raised his voice, used profanity, and treated me in an extremely disrespectful and aggressive manner. As a customer, I found his behavior completely unacceptable and intimidating. The interaction escalated to the point where I felt uncomfortable and unsafe, so I left the Pizza Hut at the Pompapo Beach Florida Turnpike plaza without completing my purchase. Customer service representatives and managers should be trained to handle misunderstandings professionally and respectfully. Regardless of the circumstances, there is no excuse for aggressive behavior, yelling, or profanity directed at customers. I hope management investigates this incident and takes appropriate action to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience.
