My Uber Eats order arrived with an empty breadstick box, and the food that was actually delivered tasted old and far from fresh. Mistakes happen, so I tried calling the store to get it resolved. No one answered. After finally reaching someone through a call center nearly 30 minutes later, I explained the situation only to be immediately transferred back to the same store that had never answered in the first place. Missing food, poor quality, and customer service that couldn't be bothered to help. After this experience, it's safe to say I won’t be ordering Pizza Hut again.
