She was very knowledgeable about gluten allergies and learned more about Celiacs disease, and avoiding cross contamination, and was very empathetic and helpful with our order. Thanks Five Guys! Excellent Customer experience! Exceptional young lady!

The staff was amazing and especially the Young Man in back Jeffrey or Jeff idk which is correct but he greeted everyone as they came in with a big hello welcome to Five Guys . Someone will be right with you. I kinda thought I heard him singing back there. The young woman were also great and very professional and beautiful. Five Guys you have a great team . The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
