I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for a long time and I always order the same thing — a medium frozen coffee for $5.45. Today I paid with my debit card and, thankfully, I asked for a receipt. When I looked at it, I saw that the employee Israt added a tip that I did NOT authorize.
I went back inside to address it. The moment Israt saw me walk in, her eyes went wide. She immediately got combative, talking over me and trying to explain it away by saying she “accidentally tapped the tip” when she tapped my card. But my receipt clearly says INSERTED, not tapped — meaning the tip had to be selected manually.
While this was happening, the other girl behind the counter got visibly nervous. She walked toward the front door, opened it, and stood there. When I walked out, she locked the door behind me. The whole thing felt off, like they were scrambling because I caught onto something they didn’t expect anyone to notice.
Based on what I experienced, it really felt like I walked in on some kind of scheme where customers are being charged extra without realizing it. Whether that’s what’s happening or not, it’s unacceptable that a customer has to worry about unauthorized charges on a simple coffee order.
Everyone should check their receipts, especially if you’re using a debit card or going through the drive‑thru. What happened to me should never happen at any business.

DD use to be my favorite, but as of late the coffee is like hot water. Not my favorite any more, too weak. I make better coffee at home for about $.50 while DD is about $3. If I'm out, I'd rather bring my own coffee in a thermus. Stop selling weak coffee, just put a couple more tablespoons of grounds in the brew to increase sales. Give it a try, sometimes spending a bit more money will make more money...
Slow, unattive staff. Waited 30 min in line for a coffee. Lady taking my order was difficult to understand, she also stopped me several times from completing my order because she was "busy". Won't be returning, one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I've visited.

Isnt the customer always supposed to come first? This location has the worst customer service Ive seen so far. Waited in the drive-thru for 5 minutes trying to order just to find out the Store Manager (the one taking drive thru orders) had us muted and both manager along other workers are heard laughing and talking. When we got to the window another worker told us this was “normal behavior” for the Store Manager and other employees. At least if you’re going to sit and do nothing on the clock make sure the customers cant hear your business. It isnt the first time something goes wrong at this location.
