  This Dunkin’ is a solid choice for a quick caffeine fix or a snack while traveling the Turnpike. Located inside the Pompano Service Plaza, it’s open 24/7, which is a lifesaver for late-night drives. The staff is generally quick and efficient despite the high volume of travelers. The donuts were fresh, and the coffee was consistent with what you’d expect from the brand. The plaza itself is clean and well-maintained with plenty of seating, though it can get quite busy and crowded during peak travel times or holiday weekends. Parking is usually plentiful, but finding a spot close to the entrance can be a challenge when it's packed. Overall, it's a reliable and convenient stop to recharge before getting back on the road."   Went to this location twice in one week, both times waited for someone to take my order while 4 of the employees are hanging at the drive trough window and there were no customer's . They're completely ignoring the ones that comes inside to order. Second time I peeked my head to see what they're doing when nobody acknowledged i walked in 5 minutes ago, oh they were busy chit chatting. One of them saw me and said with the attitude that it will be a minute and then she said to her coworkers "watch me have her wait a lot longer" I heard you and I walked out. So, note to the owner of this location if he or she questions why they are not making money, this is why! First time 3 of us walked out and second time was just me and I'll never go back! There is a 2 mile west and east of this location another ones that are very attentive and super fast.

  i came into this dunkin and waited 15 minutes for someone to ask for my order, then waited another 10 minutes and just left bc it was way too long. there was three people working, all i ordered was an iced coffee with almond milk and banana syrup. they went through at least 6 cars in the drive through during this time. im at wawa now lol

  It’s always this location that I have issues with my order, I prefer my coffee with less ice I’ve traveled throughout FL and I’ve seen the standard for my order I’ve gotten my drink with a lot of ice or missing at least more than what is acceptable for a less ice order. One particular personality is dreadful to see at the window even tho my order is put on the app there always something, the one in the Winn Dixie plaza is nice and pleasant to start your morning with
