  This was one of the worst delivery experiences I've ever had with Domino's. The delivery driver completely ignored the delivery instructions, and when we called to request a refund because the pizza was not delivered properly and arrived too late, the employee who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. Instead of solving the problem, they refused both the refund and any reasonable customer service. We paid for food and service we did not receive correctly. Extremely disappointing experience and terrible customer support.

  Last night my husband was getting a Tatoo (for hours) literally one block away from Dominos. I placed order at about 10:20pm. It said the pizza would arrive between 11:35 and 11:55pm. At 11:55pm the pizza had not arrived I called dominos and was told it was out for delivery. At 12:30am the pizza has still not arrived, I called again and they were closed. This morning I called and was told I had to talk to the manager and was the put on hold for 20 minutes before I finally hung up. I called back again later and was put on hold because they said I need to speak with the manager. After about 10 minutes of being on hold the person I was talking to asked me what kind of pizza I ordered and the address. I asked why he needed all this and could he look up the order by my name. He stated I was going to send you a new pizzza. I told him- did he not understand that I ordered the pizza at 10:30 pm last night. I don’t want a pizza now, I want my money refunded. He then told me I would have to talk to the manager and that she was busy. I gave him my number and he said she would call me. Well it’s now 5 hours later and they are closed and I did not get a call back. Terribly disappointing customer service.

  I placed my order at exactly 5:10 PM, and didn’t receive my food until 7:13 PM over 2 hours later. What makes this even more frustrating is that the store is only about 7 minutes away from my home. There’s no excuse for that kind of delay. I called the store three separate times just to check on my order, and each time I got no real help or clear answers. When the pizza finally arrived, it looked completely unacceptable like it had been tampered with or carelessly handled. It was not edible and definitely not something any customer should be expected to accept. After waiting hours and still being unsatisfied, I had to wait until around 9:30 PM just to get a ride to the store so I could complain in person. No customer should have to go through all of that for a simple pizza order. and then they remade the order but even then, the dough wasn’t fully cooked. This experience was beyond disappointing between the extreme delay, poor communication, and the condition of the food, it was completely unacceptable. I expect better service, especially from a business so close to my home. I ended up going to the store in person to complain, and they remade the order—but even then, the dough wasn’t fully cooked.

  The food was good but the only thing was about the delivery person the driver didn’t arrive at my address he like left and I tried calling him and he didn’t answer me I told him my correct address in the messages and he didn’t answer so that driver was unprofessional so I don’t think I would order from here again I rather choose another dominos
