Then another customer came and she was taken care of before me. I have never had this problem at this location and I won’t be returning. A bunch of young kids who don’t know the meaning of service. The young black gentleman with braids was just staring at me and didn’t even say a word. Poor service from a bunch of incompetent kids. Poor generation. The owner or manager here seriously needs to make a change.

I’m starting to believe the strawberry ice cream is false advertisement every time I come to this location there is never strawberry ice cream like how do you not have strawberry syrup and vanilla ice cream? It’s kind of sad because I enjoy Dairy Queen food and ice cream but you loose a customer every time you don’t have a common flavor or syrup yet it is advertised everywhere. Very disappointing I will not be returning to this location and would rather take my money elsewhere but hope this gets resolved.
