- GGGail Graessle1 day ago2.0This is the second time I had lunch with my friend outside on Federal highway in Pompano/ Boca Raton. We had the same problem again. We had the same as last time. Grilled chicken sandwich with cheese. The bun was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted at all and the grilled chicken was small and barely warm. The service was very good at the take out window and the girl was pleasant and accommodating. Sorry, two strikes and you’re out.

I ordered a large lemonade and I’m aware that it comes with pulp. But today I choked on an almost inch long piece of pulp. That shouldn’t have happened either remove the pulp entirely or have a way to blend it down a bit so that doesn’t happen. Had it been a child they may not have been able to get it out. Do better.

I placed a mobile order for pickup, drove 25 minutes to the location, and then another 20 minutes to work.... only to sit down at my desk and realize they completely forgot my chicken biscuit. I understand mistakes happen, but this was extremely inconvenient. I couldn’t just turn around and drive back, and by that point I had already wasted time and gas that cost more than the sandwich itself. What made it more disappointing was the solution offered. I was told I could come back another day and be on a list to get the sandwich. That’s not very helpful when I have no idea when, or if I’ll return to that location. Overall, it was just an upsetting situation. Definitely check your order before leaving, because fixing it later may not be worth the hassle.
