  Rang order in correctly. Did not receive correct order after waiting. They were busy but food not fresh. Nothing about this experience makes sense.

  Made an order and waited about 20 minutes before asking for a refund. The kiosks weren't printing out receipts so it took several more minutes for a manager give me my money back. Wasted my whole 30 minute break.

  Introducing my $3.50 caramel sundae. Really guys? Its really simple to pay attention to details when handing food out of the window. Does this look worth the price you charge?

  Driving from Orlando to Tampa and stopped here for a snack. Ordered three fries and two coffees. Second order was 4 apple pies and a strawberry smoothie. The two coffees felt like they had ice in them and there was not enough coffee in the water. I know this because on a large cup of coffee, I could see the bottom of the cup through the coffee/water. The second coffee was the same but was ordered with cream and sugar, but lacked any sugar. I asked to speak to the manager and the cashier went to the fry station where the manager was and she rolled her eyes during that contact. The manager came to us and gave us new brewed coffees, but they were the same as the first. They appeared to just be microwaved. The fried were given to us cold so we asked for them to be replaced and they were and we're delicious. The second order the apple pies came out cold so we asked for a replacement and they said they are made to order and it would be 11 minutes. The strawberry smoothie cup was given to us damaged and leaking the smoothie from the side mid way up the cup. The smoothie was replaced and was good. 20 minutes later we received our apple pies, cold again. We accepted them and left. I'm was very apparent they were only concerned about the drive through. The sign inside said this was an independently owned McDonald's. I am at a loss for words on the food quality. The food consistency is the reason we chose McDonalds. I would avoid this location until they correct their operating procedures and can deliver food consistent with the McDonalds reputation.
