- LSLindsey Diaz Santiago1 day ago1.0I love Dunkin’ Donuts but ever since I moved here I come to this location they’re always really busy and because of it the coffee comes out like garbage. I’ve stopped going to Dunkin’ Donuts and switched to Starbucks for the first time Dunkin’ Donuts is disgusting at this location then when you ask for them to remake their mistake they just pour a bunch of sugar and caramel in the drink. I literally threw the coffee in the trash after they gave it to me that’s how bad the coffee was. Very displeased.
- KRKayleigh RenaeSep 25, 20263.0I waited 16 minutes for an iced latte outrageous..
- RMRolando MunozSep 21, 20261.0My family's and I stop at this Dunkin donuts place , to the drive thru . And tried to order 3 coffees with Caramel macchiato and almond milk. The lady replies we don't have almond milk , so we all say no problem, milk is fine. She replies one min. Now its pouring rain , watering pouring into my vehicle. So we asked can we pull up to the next window. When the dunkin donut employee yelled at us " I said give me a minute " rude . And its been 5mins waiting in the pouring rain. It's only coffee. so it's yes we can make it or not. Lady you was rude and disrespectful to a loyal customer. So we drove away. We go to alot of Dunkin donuts places. This is by far the worst customer service in all the states we have visited. Dunkin you need to fix this location. Shame on you. If your not happy with your job . Find a new one. Don't ever be so disrespectful to paying customers.
- BRBrandon RomaniSep 2, 20261.0The employees here are great, but management is a joke. They treat the employees like garbage, and ultimately make me want to choose another location. Shame on management.
- AAAdriAug 28, 20264.0Most of the times I go employees are nice and they make my coffee good 👍 other days not so much, the lady in drive thru today was very sweet.
