  💔 que indignante servicio 😔 Y lo peor fue cuando lo fui a devolver inmediatamente y me dijeron que no encontraban el pedido ni mi factura cuando hacía 5 minutos de haberme entregado la comida podrida y que no podían devolverme el dinero hasta el miércoles. El peor servicio que he recibido en toda mi vida. Actuaron como si no había pasado nada y ni disculpa me pidieron. 😔

  I brought my family here and the food was amazing. We had the tostones rellenos and they were perfect! I also have to say the beer was ice cold. I gave it a 10 out of 10

  Marlen desde el momento en que llegamos, la atención de ella fue increíble. Marlen no solo hizo su trabajo, sino que hizo que la experiencia se sintiera especial. Fue súper atenta, amable y siempre estuvo un paso adelante de lo que necesitábamos. Se nota cuando alguien realmente disfruta atender a las personas. ¡Excelente servicio y una experiencia para recordar!

  An excellent lunch experience from beginning to end. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, we were seated immediately, and the owners personally greeted us shortly after we arrived. That level of involvement set the tone for an establishment where hospitality receives the same attention as the food being served. Fernanda carried that same sense of hospitality throughout our lunch. She was warm, kind, personable, and attentive, checking on us at just the right moments without ever making us feel rushed or interrupted. She listened carefully, answered our questions, and offered thoughtful suggestions when we considered different options. Her approach was professional but genuinely personal—the kind of service that complements a meal and allows you to simply relax and enjoy it. The food certainly held its own. The plates were reasonably priced, nicely presented, and prepared exactly as ordered. I chose the skirt steak with fried plantains and an avocado salad. The steak was tender, flavorful, and well seasoned, while the fried plantains provided a simple and satisfying complement. The avocado salad was an unexpected highlight. Its Spanish-style vinaigrette had a combination of acidity and seasoning that immediately brought back memories of a traditional Puerto Rican codfish salad. It was a familiar flavor profile in an unexpected setting, and somehow it worked remarkably well. We finished with a New York-style cheesecake that was equally enjoyable. It was soft and creamy, with a smooth, velvety texture that almost melted on the palate. The richness of the cream cheese came through beautifully, balanced by just enough sweetness to satisfy without becoming heavy or overpowering. It was silky, delicate, and an excellent way to finish the meal. What I appreciated most was the balance of the entire experience. Good food alone can make for an enjoyable meal, just as excellent service can compensate for other shortcomings. Here, neither had to carry the other. The food delivered, the prices were reasonable, the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, the owners were present and engaged, and Fernanda’s attentive service brought everything together naturally. Nothing felt forced or overlooked. It was simply good food served in a welcoming establishment by people who were genuinely interested in making sure their guests enjoyed being there. That combination made our lunch memorable and will certainly bring us back.
