  Mostly the food is delicious. Pizza is pretty good, Calzone is a NO (the don't use ricotta and its 80% bread). What I really wish would change is if ONE PERSON there spoke English. Their website to order is difficult and missing simple things like a side of beans. If you call to add beans, forget it. No one understands. If you order from Uber, they jack up the prices by another 15% and they don't include special dishes that you actually want to order, like the Tripleta. Overall they make it super annoying and finally no longer worth the trouble to enjoy their food.

  Arrived to Poinciana from Miami, searched for restaurants on my way to hotel and found BORINQUEN Restaurant & Pizzeria. Delicious arroz con gandules & pernil, churrasco, arroz blanco y frijoles. Highly recommend this restaurant.

  I am very disappointed with the service and food quality at this restaurant. I have been dining in and ordering takeout from here for many years, but over the last couple of years, both the service and food have noticeably declined. On my most recent order, one of the desserts I paid for was missing. When I called the restaurant, I spoke with the manager, Johanny, who told me I would need to return to the restaurant for a refund. By that time, I had already arrived home and discovered the missing item. Unfortunately, I became sick the next day and was unable to return myself. When my mother went on my behalf, she was told that a refund had never been discussed and that they would only provide two desserts instead. This was not what had been agreed upon during my original phone call. To make matters worse, the food itself was very disappointing. I ordered the Chuleta Khan Kkan, and the pork tasted old and spoiled. It made me feel sick to my stomach, and I ended up throwing the entire meal away. After years of being a loyal customer, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I will not be returning, and I encourage others to carefully inspect their orders and food quality before leaving the restaurant. Based on my experience, the standards of both customer service and food quality have significantly declined.

  Pedí un mofongo con pollo a la milanesa y un jugo de parcha y eso me costó 31 dólares, le digo a la muchacha q me de extra mayokechup y me dice eso sale con caldo eso no trae mayoketchup y me dí cuenta entonces q ni uno me echaron, ella dice son 50 C. Le digo yo he venido antes aquí y el mofongo siempre sale con mayoketchup y me dice te lo habrán dado de cortesía los tostones son los q llevan mayoketchup y con que se hace el mofongo de donde son ustedes, bueno no me dio la gana de pagar los 50 centavos después de una orden de 31 dólares solo para una persona nadie se dignó en dármelo, bueno 1 cliente menos pero a ellos eso no le interesa! Éxito!

  This restaurant is very established they're very polite they cater to you they make sure that you feel welcomed and that you feel when you walk out of the restaurant that you got when you paid for they are a very family-based restaurant and I just think that if you would like a restaurant like this this would be the one you need to come to
