  I went to grab some lunch as I approached the drive thru employee approached me and said I can’t go to the menu i have to order with him I asked was it broken he said no but customers take too long looking at the menu I asked does he have a menu for me to look at he said no pull it up on my phone I don’t know how you don’t allow customers to pull up and look at the menu if you can’t provide one spend your money with a mom and pop restaurant and let this location close

  Didn't get the right pieces for my order. Service was very slow. Bathroom (women's) was very dirty.

  My recent experience with Emily was disappointing and lacked professionalism. When greeted, her response felt dismissive and unwelcoming. At the drive-thru window, she provided the total without proper acknowledgment and continued a conversation with coworkers, showing little attentiveness. She did not ask if I needed a receipt or any additional assistance. This level of service was surprising, as my past visits to this location have been much more positive.

  If you want what you ordered and paid for or like to have your order taken within the first 5 min of arriving with no one in line. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE!
