- JJJoslynAug 17, 20261.0I came in to order my usual burger and fries, and I was not greeted or given the opportunity to properly place my order before the cashier interrupted me and scolded me, saying, “I CAN’T HEAR YOU.” I understand that it may have been difficult to hear me, but the way he spoke to me made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. I’m assuming he was the manager because he was wearing a black shirt while the other employees were dressed differently. Regardless of his position, I don’t think customers should be spoken to in that manner. I would appreciate this being addressed because I left feeling very uncomfortable from an interaction that could have been handled respectfully and professionally.

Pretty much every 5 guys in the area is a wreck. No napkin access, dirty tables, and slow service. Culvers is a much better deal, better food, and better experience overall. The ONLY thing that set 5 guys apart is the free peanuts and the topping options. That's it.

There was little effort to be welcoming or helpful, which made the overall experience unpleasant. A friendly attitude and basic customer service go a long way, and unfortunately that was completely missing during my visit. I hope management addresses these issues and works on creating a more positive environment for both customers and employees.
