After reading other reviews for this location I’m seeing the same complaints about the big heavy lady who prepares the bagels. Ordered a bagel and coffee. The bagel wasn’t cut in half like it usually is. So I approached the big heavy lady behind the counter who prepares the bagels. I waited patiently for her to finish her conversation with her co-worker to ask her politely with a smile “would you be able to just cut this in half please?” She grabs it and cuts it. Returns it back to me and says in an aggressive rude tone “Next time, tell them to cut it in half when ordering!!!!” I was really offended and in shock because I was like did I do something wrong? But no I didn’t, I asked her nicely. So I just had to shout in front of everyone how rude she is , as I did this she was muttering stuff under her breath, and I left the place because I didn’t want to be in the same place as this rude lady. If I’d known how difficult and challenging it was for her to cut it in half I would have walked behind the counter and done it myself. Anyways hoping management finds someone else because this lady has an attitude problem and looks like she doesn’t want to be there. Good luck to this Einsteins Bagel location.
