Their employees take their TIME with everything, they have no urgency to help you. I usually order online and pick up at the drive thru (there's always an issue with my order because they seem to never be fully stocked). Today I decided to get down and order at the restaurant, I'm not kidding when I said I was standing there for about 7 minutes on an EMPTY location while the 2 employees were chatting among each other and handing out food at the drive thru. When I finally was helped (it was not because they wanted to but because another customer walked in, spoke their language (creole?) and then that's when they turned to help me), all the food I ordered was placed in front of me and when I asked for a bag (for the food) I was handed the bag instead of having the items put in. Just trash location, hope you get closed down.
