  . I visited your plantation location today. I had a free queso in my rewards. I ordered two kids meals and a queso. When I got to the scanner. The queso wouldn’t scan for whatever reason which is no fault of my own. My reward is active and valid. I asked your manager if he could just comp the queso as it is not my fault you have a technical error. His response to me was he’s not going to lose money on queso. I think his name is Clayson. Young black tall male. I explained to him I work in customer service and that he’s not right. He didn’t care I said you won’t take a loss on queso but you’re willing to lose a sale and a customer. I went in my car very upset and called your corporate office they asked me to get his name. So I went inside and asked. The woman doing to goes was very hostile and rude to me because I asked for his name. Black young lady with braids. Tried to say this woman just wants free queso. Just very hostile and rude. No I want proper customer service. The young gentleman wouldn’t come speak to me. I know they’re probably kids. But they need to learn how to conduct themselves if they’re going to be running a store. When I asked for his name he threw me your card. After this experience I will not be returning to your location.

  Food and service was good. The restaurant was not clean. The tables were all dirty. The work areas in the back needed to be wiped down. One of the workers was in the back on her cell phone and then she proceeded to eat out of the tortilla chip pan with her bare hands. Wiping them on her clothes and then going back into the same pan with the tortilla chips that were being served in the bags for customers. Very unsanitary! Thank God I wasn't getting tortilla chips

  Chipotle has become such a joke. What used to be a great eating experience has become one of the worst. From horrible customer service to hygiene issues, lack of sense of urgency, acting like it’s funny when getting food takes a 30 minute wait. This is unacceptable .

  I just came here to get food and someone vomit right in front of the entrance. People are walking in and tracking it inside the restaurant and not one employee has came to clean it up. Just so disgusting I left.

  Very weird unwelcoming energy. I'm not accustom orderinf from Chipotle and I made that know and none of the staffer offer info as i was asking about the proteins. So I had to choose from what i knew from other restaurants. I said "avocado" instead of "guac" and got a blank stare. i guess y'all don't know what ingredients are in your food to make that connection, nor correct me. But that's not the worst of it, there was a hair in my food, NOT ON but buried under the topping after I chose my rice and beans. It's not mine for since it's not even close to my hair texture and my hair was wrapped for the whole day. There wasn't a line...it wasn't busy so who is stressing yall hair out? Chipotle is over hyped and people believe everyone goes that it creates this nature of exclusion for new customers. I don't go to Chipotle for this reason. I'd never bother coming if I knew the food handling was this unhygienic. Waiting on a refund, so I can never revisit.
