- DRDaniela RamosJul 2, 20261.0If I could give zero stars, I would, but unfortunately I had to give one star in order to leave this review. To begin with, the food was disappointing. However, what truly made this a negative experience was the behavior of the manager, Steven. During my visit Thursday 7/2, I witnessed Steven being rude not only to me as a customer, but also to his employees, who appeared to be mostly teenagers. A young male employee was taking my order while being trained by another worker. He was polite, respectful, and doing his best to learn. Instead of offering guidance and support, Steven spoke to him in a rude and dismissive manner in front of customers and rest of the staff. The young man seemed timid, and it was uncomfortable to watch. As a customer, I understand that new employees need time to learn and may make mistakes. What I do not understand is a manager treating staff with disrespect, especially young workers who are clearly trying their best. Good leadership requires patience, professionalism, and respect. The employee who assisted me remained kind and courteous despite the situation, and he deserves recognition for that!

- LLLouisina LouisJun 27, 20261.0Horrible experience as a pregnant woman just wanted some food at 10 pm, I’m currently 9months pregnant I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m highly upset I didn’t receive my fortilals that I placed and I’m pretty sure I paid for them cause I paid 15.75 for a chicken bowl they ran out of rice so they gave me the little grains that were in the bowl not only that there was a bunch of chewy stuff in there. The girl that was cashing me out left me standing for a whole 10 minutes to go flirt with a guy at this point I don’t ever want to come back
