They had no Mac and cheese so I had to order something else ( fries which were cold) . Then you got my order wrong. Never again! And it was mad expensive for low quality food and service. So bad my kids did not eat it!

- MKmark krillApr 8, 20261.0I’ve been going to this store since it opened 3-4 times weekly. It is across the street from where I live. I was sent a promotion by another store some distance from me. When I asked the staff if they can honor it they said Josh wasn’t in. Then I saw the owner Javier was present and asked him. I showed him the email which was dated April 6-12. The reward did not transfer to my app under rewards, as I showed him. He wouldn’t honor it. I guess a $6 sandwich is more valuable than losing a constant repeat client. I did go down the street to another Chik Fil A that also wasn’t the store that sent me the promotion and they honored it.
