  Absolutely HORRIBLE LOCATION it’s like they intentionally give you small portions so you can ask for more and they can charge you double this small bowl that’s half empty was 21 dollars unbelievable they are price gauging and skimping do they can over charge not to mention the customer service is unbelievably horrible the GM (the short black lady) , the other employees like Corey just horrible

  There is a reason this Cava has a lower rating than others. I have never seen service like this at a Cava. I am not in a rush but I am not trying to stand at the counter for over 10 minutes while my food gets cold... This was the most painful ordering experience I've ever had at a Cava. I spent over 10 minutes at the counter while my food was getting cold and the giant line of bowls and wraps were not getting made with any purpose. The employees just talking and not making food...I left. I don't trust food when employees act with that little regard in plain view of the customers. There is a Just Salad next door. Go there.

  They offer two options: a bowl or a pita. I was curious about trying the pita, but unfortunately, no one on the line took the time to explain how the pita option worked. When I tried to order it, the staff looked at me as if I were requesting something they didn’t even offer. I eventually decided to go with the bowl and honestly wasn’t planning on leaving a negative review. However, at checkout, I asked for a small cup for water and was told I would have to purchase a fountain drink cup, even if I only wanted water. After 25 years working in the hospitality industry, this was a first for me. Charging for a cup of water without clearly communicating that policy is disappointing and, in my opinion, unnecessary. The food itself wasn’t the reason for this review. It was the overall customer experience. The small details matter employees should be able and willing to explain the menu options, answer basic questions, and clearly communicate any additional charges to customers. A little more attention to these basics would make a significant difference in the overall experience.

  This is my second visit and I will always come back as long as I see Kenesha up front. On my first visit, Kenesha didn’t make me feel pressured to order with such a large selection to choose from, and was even patient with me as I ordered multiple plates. From ensuring that the items I want were stocked on the line to simply suggesting other items and even confirming my order with just a head nod, she made my experience memorable and I don’t mind driving 15 minutes to come get my nice bowl from this place because of her service. People will complain all day for bad service, but I really do applaud Kenesha for her patience and excellent service and hospitality on my visit.

  First time at CAVA and OOOOWEEEE! 😂 I’m actually mad this place is 20 minutes from our house because now I want it all the time. We built our own bowls and the flavors did NOT disappoint. It’s like a Mediterranean Chipotle, but elevated. And Maze?! She knew exactly what she was doing with the sauce combo on my bowl because every bite was perfect. And the BBQ pita chips?! Stop it right now. SO GOOD. But honestly, Maze made the whole experience even better. From the moment we walked up, her energy was infectious. She was so friendly and welcoming, and you can tell she genuinely loves her job and loves people. She got us RIGHT! 10/10 would recommend, and you better hope Maze is working when you go because she’s going to take care of you! 😂 We will absolutely be back!
