- HUHead Up2 days ago3.0It's a nice spot but sometimes they are hit or miss with service. They seem polite but a few times the servers didn't bring out the bread and I concluded it's because I asked about a coupon I had. That's unfortunate because I still tip like it was the original bill. Only my last experience when I mentioned the coupon at the end I was brought out bread. These small things are noticeable. They get a Good because people smile and greet you. If it weren't for that they would surely get a lower ranking.

What stood out even more was the management team, the manager and kitchen manager were both friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. With great food, excellent service, a lovely ambiance, and outstanding hospitality, BRIO has definitely earned a place among my favorite local restaurants.
