Don’t think you will get any resolution by calling the store. They are very rude and will just hang up on you. I was treated this way by the general manager & hung up on 4 times. & because he is the general manager he’s gonna be able to continue to treat people like crap and get away with it. So unprofessional. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I went because I was craving a personal pan pizza. Like I remembered from my childhood they've changed the dough. It was not at all like I remembered more like a frozen pizza I could have gotten from Publix just behind the restaurant. I was highly disappointed in the food. The service was okay and I went through the drive-thru so the atmosphere was okay also

Amazing service from Christian! Christian was absolutely wonderful! He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, and Christian definitely stood out. He was attentive, helpful, and had a great attitude from start to finish. Pizza Hut is lucky to have someone like Christian on their team! We really appreciated his kindness and excellent service and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Christian, for making our experience so great! 🍕👏
