  Ordered drive thru last night and was greeted by the nicest, warmest worker Brittney. She was very welcoming and got my order up correctly and quickly. Will definitely be back. Customer service is hard to come across these days. Thank you again Brittney.

  Came in with my family tonight for the first time since moving out here to place a takeout order. We have been missing out!! This place was clean and the staff was very friendly and pleasant! Only took a few minutes for our order to be ready everything was cooked to perfection we will be back thank you!!

  Sssssssssoooooooooooo last night my husband and I ordered some food off the Pizza Hut app. We ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with white sauce, extra cheese, mushrooms, and pineapple. This is what the pizza looked like when we received it from the delivery driver and I know I didn’t say I wanted cheese on HALF of the pizza. We called the store and complained. Granted, they sent us out another pizza (which ended up not being white sauce, but I didn’t want to complain again.) So not only did ya’ll mess up my order once, but twice. Ya’ll REALLY need to do better and stop slacking. Just because Plant City is a relatively small town doesn’t mean that quality doesn’t matter. Quality always matters wherever you go and I’m tired of my pizza looking like shit every single time I order from here

  This pizza hut is going downhill with the service. The guy handing out the pizza seemed angry not sure if it because he has mental issues. I mentioned that I was there for pick up and said "yes I have 1 order and im putting in box now" and I responded I have 2 large pizzas cause by his response it sounded like he had only one. Then he said "like I said I have 1 order" So I waited for him to put the pizza in it ls box when he brings it out. I said see 1 order with 2 pizzas. When I said that he stayed quiet and on my way out with an attitude he "you have a good one!" This is at 10:am I can't imagine later in the day. A person with that attitude shouldn't be working anywhere that they are not happy who knows what he' doing to food back there out of anger. There's plenty of pizza places in Plant City their not getting my business from me anymore. I have to remind myself to read reviews before deciding going to a place

  I placed an order that was confirmed with an estimated delivery time of 10:43 PM. When the order hadn’t arrived, I called at 11:08 PM to check on the status. The employee who answered was extremely rude and stated that they were closed and that we wouldn’t be receiving our order. I tried to explain that the order had been placed about 45 minutes before closing, and if it had been canceled or not accepted, there should have been some form of notification or update. The order details clearly show the time it was placed along with the estimated delivery window. While attempting to explain this, the employee began yelling and then hung up on me. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is not my first negative experience at this location, and because of that, I will no longer be returning. I hope this is addressed moving forward. Attached our screenshots of order and time stamps
