  Wont be coming back. I went through DT and order a Qt with bacon they parked me thats cool whatever. Two other cars behind me were parked. Mind you I was parked in 1. Employee came out with both their food but not mine. I walked inside after waiting a whole 10 mins for a simple order and got a refund. All of sudden my food's done and the manager's giving it to me. No thx. Word of advice: take and keep the receipt.

  4am I pulled in to order, and I was told sorry the system is resetting for breakfast. We can’t take orders. This place needs a management change.

  Dined outdoor. Servers not friendly or attentive. Took extra long for ice cream cones. Received an annoyed look for asking for a refill. Refill for kids hi c behind the counter.

  they saved my dog from a burning building, I couldn’t be more thankful. The food is also good. Place is clean and they gave us free samples. I recommend the ribeye mid rare

  this mcdonald’s is actually embarassing. i’ve lived in plant city and have gone here my whole life, and this past year or so i have literally NEVER seen a restaurant so poorly ran. horrible service. everyone has a horrible attitude. they cannot read an order receipt list if their life depended on it, half the time i order something its a gamble if they will actually even put it in my bag. so they literally just take peoples money without giving them the food they asked for. i’m allergic to onion, so i always put NO ONION on my burger and they will even print the receipt sticker on top of the burger box just for me to open up the burger and there be onions almost everytime. if i buy bacon for my burger, it won’t be on it. i use mobile order bc i hate talking to the employees, and ill wait 10-15 minutes before i get to the restraint to pick up my order and no matter what i am always waiting another 10-15 minutes EVERY time to receive my food. quite literally ridiculous. train your incompetent staff, crazy how the redman location NEVER has these issues. ever. not even once.
