After "hello?" someone appeared to take our order. They knew the kiosk was out of order last night and had a sign on it but it was taken down. We informed the next 2 customers who came in that the kiosk was broken. Very poor management. Our food, however, was delicious.

We received coupons in the mail here in Plant City so decided to go there for a late lunch/early dinner. The menu was similar as we remembered, with even more to offer! I got the Chicken Alfredo with Chicken. It was a good size portion and ohhhh sooo delicious!!!! The Alfredo Sauce was so good, just as we remembered, and full of perfectly cooked Chicken! I also got the meal deal to include a slice of Pizza to try it. Mmmm Good!!!! My husband got the Sampler which included: Fettuccine Alfredo, Penne with Meat Sauce, Spaghetti with Marinara & Meatball, and Lasagna with Meat Sauce! It was a great price with the coupon! He loved everything on his plate!!!! Cooked right and so delicious! Again, reasonably priced. The food was served piping hot and tasted SO good!!!! We splurged and had a piece of cheesecake, made at The Cheesecake Factory, so you KNOW it was so yum!!!! We took half of our meals home because the portions were just so big!!! (Now do the math, for what we paid, including a drink, divided by 4 meals since we only ate half since pasta is SO filling! What a great deal!!!!) The restaurant was clean and the seating comfortable! Andrea who worked behind the counter, was so kind and helpful! She represented Fazoli's in such a fine way! We will definately be back for more Italian goodness at a reasonable price with great service!
