  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The staff was extremely rude while I was ordering, and the employees in the back were openly rolling their eyes. It was clear they felt inconvenienced just putting my order together. I ordered a large queso, and it was filled barely halfway. When I politely asked for more, I was told they “couldn’t close the container,” which felt like an excuse rather than customer service. The restaurant itself was dirty, items were out of stock, and this location has closed early multiple times. This store needs better management, proper training, and staff who actually care about customers.

  I was highly disappointment with my experience today. Especially, bc it’s nurses week. I placed an online order, which didn’t match what I requested. The quality of the food was below average. The food was very bland and also cold. I would not recommend family and friends to come here.

  We ordered kids tacos, I didn't know but it come with 2 small tortilla to build own tacos. 1st person hot pressed 3 tortillas by accident, second was this girl saw there is 3 tortillas, pick one up and tossed to trash. If I were here, I just tell 1st guy, serve only 2 from next time, and keep extra on tray. Attitude I saw from employee was not nice.

  We are die hard Chipotle members and go often. We were coming from a roadtrip and stopped in to get some food. The portion sizes were VERY small, I’d say half a spoon for one serving chicken. When asked if they can add more, they wanted to double charge for the servings. (Rice/beans/meat) the food also did not taste the same, it was more watered down and less flavor. The burritos were not labeled so no one knew whose was what, they also did not properly close the burrito so the food was dumping out. Please train your members to properly wrap and fold a burrito, along with an actual scoop of protein/food for what you’re paying for.

  Little girl with short like pink or red hair horrible customer service. Should be fired. I Came in because my order was wrong after my boyfriend specifically said high protein low calorie bowl. It’s on their menu. I came back in being very polite as I was once a manager for years in the food industry. asked if I could please get the correct food and she just wanted to keep arguing with me that that is how my boyfriend ordered it. Which it isn’t he just said the name of the bowl. Instead of trying to fix the issue. I understand this is a new location and can get busy. However I was very polite. I even offered her to look at my phone and see what I wanted and what was all in the bowl. Just very upsetting.
