  Stopped by today and ordered a bowl, tacos, with some chips. The bowl was good no comment. The tacos on the other hand were not. Girl tell me why the tacos were 90% tortilla 10% beef. The chips were also dry! Girl, you’re lucky I had water in my car to wash it all down with.🧍‍♂️

  Worst place i’ve ever gone to, I wish I could give 0 stars instead! Whoever was making the bowls around 2 o clock, October 5th, had a horrible attitude, and had eyed me suspiciously every single time i asked for something in my bowl politely! At the checkout, it was even more worse; while she was handing me the change some coins had fell and as i was trying to pick them up, she literally just threw the remaining coins to the countertop annoyed and pushed my order to me, as if it was my problem the change had fell. After when i had gone back to my car and checked the receipt, I saw that i had been charged 3 extra dollars for guacamole that i didn’t even order in any of my bowls! I went back inside, asked for my money, and last thing before i left was the cashier girl giving me a side eye!!! Up your business please and be more capitalistic when hiring people!

  Whoever owns this store probably shouldn’t. They’re running it into the ground. Super disappointing that the only chipotle in PC is terrible. They’re always out of main ingredients, last time they were out of every meat option except barbacoa and the store wasn’t even that busy, they always lie that they’re out of vinaigrette because they’re too lazy to go get it out of the fridge (I only know this because the one employee told the other employee to stop saying they’re out and to get it out of the fridge and pour it), most of the employees seem miserable. The counter space is a mess and the toppings are all mixed together, you can see all kinds of salsa spilled into the sour cream, etc

  I actually cannot believe the level of service i received today. I placed my normal chipotle app order and left work to go pick it up. I arrived in the drive thru at 6:20 and they told me my order wouldnt be ready until 6:40. Not a big deal they must be busy. I pull forward to wait and i notice that theres no customers inside. I walked in and asked if i could get my food made even though i was early. They said again that it wouldnt be ready until 6:40. I pointed out that there were no customers inside line and was told that there were 6 orders ahead of me in the togo line. I asked to cancel my order so i could order it in the store and was told i would have to use the chat bot feature in the app. Why are they not allowed to make togo orders in the normal line? There were multiple employees on the normal service line not doing anything but they couldnt help me because it wasnt the mobile order line.
