Everything we ordered was out of stock (no chocolate ice cream, brownie pcs, plain waffle cones, etc). I also asked about a pup cup for purchase and they said no but a kiddie cup, so I got that for my dog. When I got up to the window, a lady(a man took my order) asked if I wanted a pup cup for my dog after I bought the icecream cup...frustrating. The dipped waffle cone was stale, no crunch at all. My husbands refresher drink was all syrup, and my icecream tasted freezer burnt..not just a little, but full on nasty. Waste of $10 bucks. Ill go to the twistee treat from now on or go to Brandon to The Rev

The store floor behind the counter is always wet and slippery from what looks to be spilled milk. We went in and ordered for multi people and only after we waited on our order did the girl come tell us that they had no waffle cones and no special of the month ice cream left. It took us 30 mins to finally get our order for four ppl. So very sad

Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?
To redeem this offer during your next visit to Baskin-Robbins, simply present the QR code you receive via email to be scanned at the time of purchase, or print the coupon and bring it with you during your visit.**

Does Baskin-Robbins sell gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
Where can I buy a Baskin-Robbins gift card?
You can purchase gift cards at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. You can also purchase mobile gift cards in the BR App.
Can I buy Baskin-Robbins gift cards in bulk?
