Had a great experience at Sonic! The food was fresh, everything came out fast, and the service was amazing. Wesley was especially great — super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. It’s always nice when someone genuinely cares about customer service. Definitely coming back!

This place is way too slow to have rude employees that get mad when you correct them for forgetting half your order. Their too busy playing around outside falling on their skates. God forbid you ask them to give u a straw for your drink. Or ask them for the drinks they never gave you.... smh. Wont be returning to this location. Its no wonder their damn near out of business.

Off the Sonic App, I ordered a free burger but it didn't show on my receipt. I inquired with the manager Destiny, and she came out to my car and offered to make me a burger no questions asked. Within a minute, she gave me the burger with a smile on her face. This was outstanding service!

I had a reward for bogo entree. So I placed a mobile order around 5pm on a Friday. thought I would try the chicken strips since I hadn't had them before. They were actual chicken tenders and not strips that other fast food places are calling tenders. They were hot and crispy. Also the wait was shorter than it has been lately.

Terrible experience and dishonest workers. I ordered my food through the mobile app and after ~10-12 mins received a notification someone is on the way with food. 40 minutes later I didn’t receive my food.
Some time later, we press the button at the stall and the lady on the intercom tells me exactly “We are bagging it up we are waiting for one more item” moments later a different worker in a black uniform, who I assume is lead or supervisor, comes out and tells us our mobile order ‘never hit the screen,’ and she offered us coupons as compensation while the workers start making our food fresh.
So firstly- I want to know why the girl on the intercom lied to me saying we’re waiting for one item when you haven’t started on my food. Why not just say you’ll check on it and get it out as soon as possible?
After now waiting an hour at this Sonic (fast food restaurant by the way) a third worker came out with our food. The coupons previously mentioned by the worker in black were never brought out but it wasn’t the first time this visit a worker was dishonest so I wasn’t surprised. But when the third worker came out she was very genuine and very sweet and apologized many times and actually showed empathy. When receiving our food the third worker notified us that the pretzels we paid for are out of stock but she can compensate us with mozzarella sticks or a different side- I passed on the offer as I didn’t want to wait any longer at this ‘fast food restaurant’ but a refund would’ve been appreciated or at minimum the previously mentioned coupons by the 2nd worker in the black uniform. I would’ve left a 1 star review but the third worker was actually genuine.
This establishment needs to do better. After waiting an hour and being lied to on two seperate occasions; about my food being made and almost ready when in actuality you haven’t even started- and then saying you’ll compensate my time for the coupons. And after I paid for an item you don’t have in stock I would’ve expected some type of compensation other than my pretzels being replaced- why would I want to wait on you making another side when I’ve already been waiting an hour?
To the third worker- thank you for being genuine and empathetic, but at the bare minimum the shift lead or whoever was in charge should’ve been the person bringing our food, apologizing, and should’ve compensated us with a refund and accepted responsibility for this incident. I really do appreciate the way you guys lied to my face twice and the best you can do is offer me a different side and have me wait more time than the hour I’ve already spent. I recommend this location for anyone who wants to instantly ruin their day. The way the workers lie to your face and waste your time is on another level. I will for sure come back next time I wake up in the morning and just decide “I really want to have a terrible day today” :)
