- ELEmma. Love2 days ago1.0First time ordering from them. At the store in pinellas park. Ordered a family meal and large soup and 2 sauces. Received a small soup, no sauces and freaking chicken was not cooked all the way. To call the store and complain is so complicated. They send u through hoops and website and its ridiculous. Will absolutely not come back. At least my dogs enjoyed the chicken.

The cashier suggested the garlic cilantro dip and it was very good! I got the #1 chicken bowl it was delicious. I highly recommend you try!

I love Polo Tropical, but this one location has the rudest staff, other than Tyler. Came in for lunch, and there was some sort of argument amongst the staff, with one male employee flipping off other staff; and another female on staff who had the worst attitude toward customers. The staff was lazy and busy arguing which each other; while Tyler was the only one working chopping chicken, and asking other staff members to please help customers and take the orders. When we walked up the register, to place our order, the female employee, looked directly at us, rolled her eyes, walked away, and went back to arguing with her coworkers. Give Tyler a raise, fire the rest!
