  Ordered food at 6pm and had a 35-45min ETA. Waited until 8pm in the event they were busy, they picked up said it was out for delivery and hung up. Come 9pm, food was still not delivered and the tracker said they were still making it.

  This is the second time I have ordered from this store in the last month and both times they called me after I placed the order to tell me they didn’t have what I ordered. Both times it was also at the same time that the food was supposed to be delivered. I even called the store this time instead of using app and still the same issue. Then when they called me to tell me they didn’t have the items they weren’t going to take the items off the charge on my credit card until I asked and they then offered me an item to “compensate” me for the difference. Really? My pizza finally showed up 90 mins after I ordered completely cold.

  Food is good, however deductions for service / support. Do not get DELIVERY from this store. Order will either be accurate (but cold) or completely wrong (ie Missing Side, drinks, sauces). When you call the store, it auto directs to a call center in another state where you have to go and call back multiple times just to get someone in a supervisor role who can do refunds/order adjustments as the store cannot handle that. Just be aware & recommend pickup if you're feeling pizza time. We plan to use another store moving forward in the area due to the constant issues at this one.

  Ordered from this store tonight and never received my order after it said it was being delivered by a 3rd party. This is the second time in over the last 2 months that this has happened to me. Then I called the call center and the supervisor couldn’t even reach the store to figure out what happened with my order. It’s ridiculous honestly. I shouldn’t have to order off of DoorDash to make sure my order gets delivered. I can’t access the $7 meal deal on DoorDash. It’s bad enough it’s being delivered by a 3rd party that you can’t even contact but I wouldn’t complain if I actually received my food.
