I’m a pretty avid Panera bread customer due to having a health condition where I can only eat soup at the moment. And I would have to say this location is no longer going to be my “home” Panera bread. I’ve had a few experiences in the past week of employees being lazy and serving me old soup and thinking that stiring it mulitple times is going to 1. Hide the taste of an old soup and 2. Hide the old crust soups from on the top when it sits long enough. I’ve been good about it a couple times and just let it slide but this time I couldn’t it was so bad I had to take action. I went to take the soup back to the front and said the soup was not good. All I got was “ok” no sorry no nothing just ok and so proceeded to pour me the same soup again in into a new bowl FROM THE SAME BATCH I WAS JUST EATING. I asked her is this from the same back she said yes it is. I’m sorry but wouldn’t it be common sense if hey the soup wasn’t good let me grab from a new batch for the customer. I’ve had enough of this place and the atmosphere being dirty and bowls/silverware just piling up at the trash because employees are all fighting on who’s going to take care of it. Totally frustrating.

Very disappointing service at this Panera. The Pepsi machine was completely out of syrup, so I politely asked the young lady at the counter if someone could change it. She asked the manager, who responded, “I’m busy right now—I’ll do it when I get time.” After waiting another 3–5 minutes, I approached the manager myself and was told, “I have like five orders right now, sir. I’m very busy, and I’m the only one who knows how to do it, so you’re going to have to wait.” I understand that restaurants get busy and may be short-staffed, but the manager’s dismissive attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional. More importantly, if the manager is truly the only person who knows how to change the syrup, that points to a serious lack of leadership and employee training. A capable manager should cross-train the team to handle basic tasks so operations continue smoothly and customers receive a better experience. A simple apology and a courteous explanation would have gone a long way. Customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience for asking to receive the drink they already paid for. Panera needs to do much better with its management, training, and customer service.

I visited this Panera with a group for lunch, and it was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve had. They were out of so many menu items that I had to try ordering five different things before finding something that was actually available. I understand that restaurants occasionally run out of an item or two, but being out of that much of the menu during lunch is unacceptable and points to poor management and planning. When I expressed my frustration and simply asked how they could be out of so many items, instead of trying to resolve the situation or apologize, I was asked to leave. As a paying customer, I expected professionalism and a willingness to address the issue—not to be escorted out for voicing a legitimate concern. I hope management takes inventory control and customer service more seriously, because no customer should have this kind of experience. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Rude manager, I ordered 5 different items and you were out of everything. The girl had to walk away to find out what they were out of and then I simply stated when the manager said, is there a problem?I said yes, you're out of everything. And she asked me to leave , maybe you need a new management in a better leader for your store , and you wouldn't have such bad reviews

I ordered five different items in the girl walked away from the counter to ask and they were out of everything and then the manager came over and was rude and told me I needed to leave the store but then when I get online to leave a review and find out that you have a 3.7 review there's for obvious reasons been in the restaurant business my entire life maybe you guys need a manager to get your reviews up and get your score back up
