  I take my grand kids to this one because of the playland because it is certainly not for the horrible service. Inevitably every time I go to the counter every employee including a manager knows I’m standing there and NO ONE comes to see what I want. Their service personalities match the horrible service. They literally say, “what do you want?”If it weren’t for the playland we would never come to this horrible place and I would make sure everyone knows about it but from reading the other reviews everyone knows how bad this place is. This location needs to be shut down or definitely new employees that care.

  Customized order but gave me regular menue. Stale and tasteless fries. Hygiene iasues as i didn't see wearing kitchen cap and gloves who randomly packing food and giving to customer.

  As I always say about McDonald's, you know what to expect. The photos and commercials show a delicious superbly made tempting hamburgers, but after ordering one you receive a flat buger often with the meat stcking out not alined with the bun that looks like somone stepped on it. You also often do not receive everything you ordered at the drive-thru even when the order taker clarified the order. Something happens between receiving the order and who is filling it. This has never happened to me at Chick-fil-A. The food and service are excellent. I never had an issue with them but Iam sure it has happened but nowhere as often as McDonald's.

  Had me pull to side for a frappe and then forgot about me. Went inside, no one paid attention to me until I literally spoke out loud. The frappe was sitting at the machine. I ask for a refund and was talked to like it was my fault they gave me bad service.

  Just went here to order a happy meal for my kid and had the worst experience of my life I ordered my food paid for it I did not receive a receipt then moved to the next window got the drink then they asked me to go to lane 2 but I sat there because there was no only else there camera got up set and told the manager I wasn’t going to lane 2 they told me if I didn’t I wasn’t getting my food I paid for it already so I asked for a refund but the never gave me my receipt so I refused to move my call and called the police that’s when I got my refund with my receipt the managers name is Rekevia also reported this foul customer these two had to corporate
