- SSShaneSep 16, 20261.00 Stars. Ordered through the app around 7:10pm for the Pinellas Park location. I walked in around 7:30 and checked to see the status of our food. Front counter told us it probably wasn't ready yet and that he'd call our name out when it was. Checked again at 7:50pm and was told that the order was probably somewhere on the table being made. Checked again after another 30 minutes and he told us it was still probably on the table being made. Finally went back up at 8:40pm to ask for a refund and the "manager" stated they never had our order even after telling us multiple times it was being made and physically showing the staff my order confirmation in the app and email. After all this I was told I would need to send a picture of my order to the managers "higher ups" for a refund. After almost 2 hours we received no food and I'm really not confident we will receive a refund either.

The "extra" that you pay for is still there but not nearly as it used to be. Shrinking happens and is cool but everybody should know you're getting a lot less now.

My lettuce wrap cheeseburger was missing a patty, the second little bacon cheeseburger had no bacon at all and had two patties. Both burgers missing certain toppings. The only thing that was correct in the order were my large cajun fries. I love five guys and this was extremely disappointing.
