- MMMariah MarieJun 23, 20261.0I recently moved to St Pete and this is the Dunkin on my commute to work that’s most convenient. HOWEVER, it is awful so I will be switching. I’ve come through THREE times now and my drink doesn’t have any of the syrup (caramel) that I pay EXTRA for. I’ve also had to tell them EVERYTIME at the window that my drink is missing it’s cold foam (again, something that PAY extra for ). This last time today 6/23/26 I got up to the window and again, NO COLD FOAM on my drink. I tell the lady and she has someone fix it. Then I ask if there’s caramel syrup after telling her the last two times it wasn’t in there. She reassured me it was in there, and again it was not. Almost $7 to drink unflavored milk.

Well today was different, they came me my coffee h totally not filled, then as the lady in the drive through was running my card, I said “excuse me maam, can they fill this up alittle more” She saids “if you want ice, yeah” I pay $6 everyday for this drink 🤣 and you got the nerve to offer me ice. I’ll take a different route to work.
