- RRRC1 day ago1.0This Chipotle absolutely needs to get it right. Because why else spend all that money to build a new location? All of the St Pete locations and surrounding are awful so add another to the mix? Wait time, long. Food, COLD. Store, dirty. Kitchen, dirtier. Line where food is prepared, you guessed it, dirty. For the sake of the name, the legacy Chipotle has made for itself, why are we letting every location go downhill? Perhaps we build up another local , family owned restaurants that could use the money. And who actually care.

I've had Chipotle at other locations before and it was never like this. They also gave us an unsweetened iced tea when the order clearly said one of the agua fresca drinks.
- CBCassandra BenfanteSep 20, 20265.0Walked in on a Sunday around 12:30 PM. Was shock to see there were only 4 employees working, especially around lunchtime on a Sunday. Even with the wait, the employees were super friendly and well tempered. It's refreshing to see staff that seems to be in a good mood and working calmly. Most locations I go into staff is not friendly and everything seems extremely rushed and it gives me anxiety. I appreciate this staff and I will definitely make this my new home location!!
- EBEric BradburySep 15, 20265.0This is a brand new stand-alone Chipotle with a drive through. The food is great, and the line is always busy. That's kinda expected at all Chipotles. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant. The service is busy but very professional. I will be making this location my new go to location.
