  This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. First off, I watched two “managers” stand around while there was one new employee on the line serving instead of helping. Then one manager in particular, Madison, had the person helping me stop what she was doing in the middle of serving me to re-stock things that were not completely empty and could have waited. All while Madison just stood there telling her what to do instead of doing it herself. The same went for the other male manager, instead of helping the ONLY employee on the line while a line of customers accumulated, he just stood there “overseeing” while the employee was clearly overwhelmed. I love Chipotle, but the management team here is horrible. The employee who helped us was absolutely lovely though.

  I ordered a steak bowl with queso added, and a small drink to go. First of all the person who waited on me seemed to be the manager at the time. If I may be critical here, she doesn't listen or read the customer very well. I couldn't hear her at all. You would think that after saying huh a dozen times and holding my hand to my ear in order to hear her she would have gotten the message, but she didn't at all. Just going through the motions without really connecting to the customer. Next was the price. $18 and change. Way too much for this meal. Food itself was on point, very good. I almost didn't go here because of the terrible reviews but I figured I should at least try it myself. Price and lack of customer service will probably be the death of this place. We shall see. Ill probably give them another try since the food was so good but I wont be spending a $20 bill to do so. Will look for more budget friendly options. Hoping after a little while they also learn to read their customers better. Even the young guy at the register spoke so low I could barely hear him. Wake up young uns, most of us old people are hard of hearing, if we say huh, what, or hold our cupped hand to our ear to hear you then speak up.

  Well where do I start, - price for a steak burrito is 12.15 website states 10.90 - I could get a bigger burrito at a gas station Expected better, but then again did I?

  I got a bowl double meat, I wanted lettuce and shredded cheese. This girl literally put 6 little pieces of lettuce and like 7 strings of cheese. Pathetic portions after I pay for double meat u add Pathetic amount of cheese and lettuce. Managers this is a new location and ur already giving Pathetic portions. Look at pic, where's the lettuce and cheese. Hope a manager reaches out to me

  Very disappointed with this new Chipotle location. We ordered 4 bags of chips, and none of them were crispy, they tasted way to salty and chewy. We live only about a mile away and ate them right away, so it wasn't a travel time issue. We've never had this problem at the Seminole location. On top of that, the salsa cups weren't even filled to the top. Hoping this location improves its quality and consistency because this experience did not meet the standard we've come to expect from Chipotle.
