  M this is not teal mexican food is cold burrito is super wet tortilla falls apart this is a disgrace to 5he mexican culture i will never eat again at Chipotle now i understand why it gets such bad reviews on social media. The staff not friendly instead of helping the let foot sit and talks to each other and the guacamole was turning black bad and pay 3 dollars for bad guacamole Chipotle is not for me i will spread the. Word to others about how bad of an experience I had there at the one in oinecrest florida

  I really like to eat at this place and they get me right, but one of the workers, a girl with glasses, really under-serves me whenever I come and it kinda sucks. I come to this one because they always get me right with the portions and now she’s shorting me.

  A Hispanic girl with glasses and dark hair was very rude to my husband. She was rushing me even though there was no customers behind us. She shorted his bowl. This is the worst Chipotle we have ever been to.

  Leaving a review since the Manager at this location wants to scream saying i left her a review already on this situation, even though it was in fact my first time at this location. Seems like she has had this problem with several customers. I ordered a chicken bowl and asked for them not to put my chicken on my bowl, something I've been doing for years. This lady wants to charge me $15 for this bowl, instead of the $9+ that a chicken bowl is supposed to be. Also the girl at the register (black hair with glasses) didn’t seem to know what she was doing, kept asking for help. I had a free topping on my rewards & she still charged me for my topping, and used the coupon for the cilantro lime sauce which i told her i don’t have any on my bowl…she asked me if i wanted the cilantro sauce since she already scanned it & i said no..she still charged me for my other topping. The managers (Caucasian white chubby women) attitude is rude and unprofessional i don't see how she still has a job seeing how many bad reviews have been placed on her. I will also be taking this issue to corporate. Not only is she stealing from customers but she's making this company lose customers. Avoid this location unless you want to be charged extra & have horrible customer service.

  This is a Chipotle that is packed almost all the time. All the rich kids from Pinecrest come here - mixed with everyone else. The service is awesome, the food is awesome, parking can be a little bit tricky because it gets very very packed.
