  This restaurant never disappoints! ❤️ The food is always fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. You can truly taste the care and quality in every dish, and everything is consistently prepared so well. The flavors are authentic, the portions are great, and every time I order, I know I’m going to have a wonderful meal. If you’re looking for delicious Indian food that tastes fresh and made with love, I highly recommend giving this place a try. Definitely one of my favorites!

  I just saw roaches in bathroom and on the restaurant floor.. then I went saw on department sites it was 49 violations.. I don’t know how this place is running . (I m gonna reply you in this comment I don’t know how to get new one since I m old school .. rule no 1 if you running a business don’t argue with customers because customers always right customer ain’t got nothing to loose but u got business. The way u reply me it’s not professional at all .. your are getting mad at me for telling the truth instead of accepting your failure to pass the inspection.. records don’t lie.. google them .. don’t make me post pictures I took of roaches it’s gonna be bad for your business)

  Roaches and mold on food, very dirty restaurant. They cannot afford high labor costs, taxes and insurance so they are playing with people's health by using rotten meat and vegetables and not buying any cleaning supplies.Please don't eat here as they will not pay your healthcare costs after making you sick from their contaminated food. They will stoop to any level to pay their rent and to make their profit as their illegal workers from India are already deported and they cannot afford to pay minimum wage to American workers.

  Ashoka Indian Restaurant in Pinecrest was hit with 48 violations during Monday’s (8/17) inspection, including mold like growth on chicken, vegetables, tomatoes and limes, a dead fly in broth, food held at unsafe temperatures for more than four hours, dead roaches, raw chicken stored above cooked chicken and filthy food contact surfaces. This is not an isolated inspection. Records show the restaurant has been inspected 13 times since February 2024, with nine inspections requiring follow up. The four most recent inspections produced 138 violations, with recurring problems involving unsafe food temperatures, mold like growth, sanitation and deteriorating equipment, several of which were specifically cited as repeat violations. Yet the restaurant was not ordered shut. Someone needs to do better.

  Extremely disappointing experience. I placed a takeout order and ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food. During that time, I repeatedly asked both the waitress and the manager about my order, and each time I was told, “It’ll be out in 5 minutes.” I was given that same response for about another 15 minutes. When I finally asked again because I had already been waiting so long, I was rudely told, “Oh, it’s going to take a very long time.” At that point, I was extremely frustrated and decided to cancel my order. I completely understand that restaurants can get busy, and I’m usually very patient when there are delays. However, what was unacceptable was the lack of communication, repeatedly giving me unrealistic wait times, and especially the rude attitude from management when I asked for an update. A 30+ minute wait for a takeout order is already frustrating, but the poor customer service and attitude made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, I left without my food and will not be returning. Terrible management and customer service.
