  This place is always a hit or miss. Sometimes the people are very friendly and the food is amazing, and other times they’ll be rude and rushed and won’t give you what you paid for. I’ve done online orders multiple times and not gotten what I paid for. This most recent time I went I got a Diet Coke with extra cherry flavoring. I paid an extra $1.40 and got no flavoring at all. I also got an Oreo sonic blast with extra Oreo and extra brownie bits added in. I paid an extra $3.00 or so and did not get any extra Oreo bits or brownie bits. It also was not mixed all the way through, so all of the toppings were at the top and the bottom was plain. I did not get whipped cream like I added, and the other regular shake I got did not get a cherry. This is not a one time experience. This place can be great at times—the bad experiences really taint the good experiences, though, and it disappoints me. This is not the place to go for consistency.

  Went there at 10:30 . Was posted they were open till 11. An employee came over rthe speaker and said it was drive thru only. Went to the drive thru. The lights were turned off
