    did an order on the mobile app, app didn’t work but the dudes inside were so helpful and nice and rung it up for and still gave me the deal. tall man with dreads was the manager and was so patient and understanding. made my food fresh it was the first time i’ve ever had wingstop and it was truly divine. shoutout the guys at like 4:30pm!!! give them all a raise bro

    The bigger girl who was short with purple hair is probably one of the worst employees I have ever met at an establishment. Very disrespectful. This woman had my son in tears from how disrespectful she was. On top of that the order is completely wrong don’t go to this wingstop.

    Delicious amazing food. Terrible service. No hello or welcome in. I said thank you but the employee just ignored me and walked away. Please train them better on customer service. It’s part of the job.

    The manager here is EXTREMELY rude! Went in yesterday and ordered $52 worth of tenders and ranch for a family dinner. I even looked in the bag before leaving to make sure everything was there. I said to the young man behind the counter I was missing 3 ranch cups. As he went to get them the manager butt in asking what I had ordered. I told her. She then very rudely stated that the 15 piece tenders does not come with ranch unless I purchase it separately (which I also had purchased extra ranch too). At this point I thought I was mistaken and left even though I was quite sure I was right. I get home and opened my phone and the order page was still up on my phone screen so I checked the order at this time and see plain as day it was supposed to come with 3 ranch cups as well. So now I have to go back to said location just to get the 3 cups of ranch that I already paid for that were supposed to be included with the meal. I get this might not be a big deal to a lot of people, but when the one meal that includes 15 tenders and 3 small cups of ranch costs $27.19 I want to get everything I pay for. Things are way too expensive in today's time! When I got back I have to admit I was frustrated. When I walked in I said to the young man at the register "Heey y'all owe me my 3 cups of ranch". And the same rude manger tells me again no, it doesn't come with the meal. I tell her yes it does and I want what I pay for. She wanted to argue I have to pay for them separately and I try to show her it comes with the meal to which she absolutely does not want to hear and insists I must have purchased them separately. I told her I assure you I didn't and they should be included and I'm irritated that I now have to be late to the dinner I'm hosting! And here's where I know I was petty. I did say as I was walking out, no no, it's clearly CLEARLY my fault! I was dumb enough to trust you and to not check before I left the 1st time! I honestly don't know how they keep anyone staffed there when the management is so rude to customers and they don't even know what is and what isn't supposed to be included in the meals. Attached are the screen shots of what the meal costs, what's supposed to be included, and my order itself. PLEASE DO BETTER WINGSTOP!!! $52 for 21 chicken tenders and some ranch is already expensive! Being rude to customers that want what they pay for is absolutely inexcusable and unacceptable! Have the day you deserve! 🫶

    I placed a pick up order online. They were very busy when I arrived so I had to wait a little while. My food was fresh and well worth the wait.
