Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    While visiting on vacation, we had an amazing experience thanks to Ciara (maybe a manager?). She went above and beyond by bringing our food out to us with an umbrella during the rain, making sure my family and I didn’t have to open our window again under their carport. The water was a direct hose into our car’s window. Thank you for the outstanding customer service—we truly appreciated it!

    This is a new location on 98 in front of Publix. I've seen a lot of reviews for service, I did not have this issue during my visit. I did order the Chicke Premium Sandwich. This is a Chick-fil-A spinoff. Sandwich is in a heat bag, lettuce, tomato, and pickle. I asked to have my sandwich cut in half. "No problem", I guess because sandwich is already prepared, there's no changes to the sandwich. The seating area was decorated, looked very festive. I just happen to be on that side of town. So I doubt I will be back.

    I had a great experience at Whataburger! The dine in staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. The team worked efficiently and made sure everything was clean and comfortable for guests. The workers preparing and delivering the food did an excellent job my meal was fresh, hot, and made exactly as ordered. The table service and dining area were well maintained, which made the visit even more enjoyable. It's clear that the entire team takes pride in their work and cares about customer satisfaction. I will definitely be coming back. Great job, everyone! 🍔👏

    I think kiyah is one of the best workers here. she always has a smile and a great attitude every time i come in. she’s amazing with customer service, and even when something is forgotten in someone’s bag or they need ketchup, she’s always quick to help and get it handled asap. hopefully she stays at whataburger for a long time because whoever hired her made a great choice. i love seeing her hard work and dedication toward the job. i even see her working morning shifts sometimes, so i can tell she’s really committed. one day a customer was yelling at her about their food, and she handled the situation very calmly and professionally. she is a very respectful young lady with a strong work ethic, and i truly think she could become a trainer or even a manager one day. me and my wife thank her everytime we see her show her this review please i didn’t see her yesterday or today so hopefully next time she is at work she will be appreciated by this

    Our community has been thrilled about this locations arrival. Your store has turned out to be an incredible disappointment and definately has tarnished your reputation. After taking each experience into consideration, i.e. new store, new employees, most are likely 1st time jobs, getting into the swing of things, I've made my decision to never visit here again. It's only getting worse here. The service is not at all what it should be and it shouldn't matter the dollar amount spent. Each visit has taken over 18 minutes after paying and receiving change. That isn't counting how long it takes to get to the register to place an order. Each visit there has been at least 9 people behind the counter and work stations, all though there are many employees filling and drinking their cups at the customers drink station not talking into consideration customers in the lobby. Customers will get run over in the lobby on the weekends from the foot traffic. We witnessed many elders being treated horribly by your employees. We owe everything to our elderly, please treat them with respect. As many as 5 employees at the front registers at 1 time on several occasions enjoying personal conversations and very unprofessional attitudes, especially talking into account the prices of your products. It does seem like employees get their orders filled quite quickly. That's a bit confusing to those of us in the lobby waiting to order and receive orders. This seems more of a wild play house for your employees than a quality food resteraunt that at 1 time for a long long time was regarded as the best place in pensacola to avoid exactly what your store is now. This is completely not acceptable. Do you explain to your employees that customers they are responsible for serving are just like them when they are customers themselves? The golden rule is a beautiful thing to teach. It would benefit your business model for sure. We wish you the best and hope you can turn it around. Please do better.
