  If I could give zero stars I would after tonight.. maybe they were having a bad night, but as a fellow waitress the customer service here is terrible. Waited forever long, people kept asking what my order was when people who came after me were getting their food and leaving after I’d been waiting for over 40 minutes. when I finally reacted after waiting an hour for a cheeseburger meal, a extra side of fries and side of orings and sauce a manager suddenly appears now with a whole attitude. Like mamn where were you within the 40 min I’ve been waiting now that I’m upset you want to get rude with me. And after alllll that get home and surprise surprise half order is missing. I paid 21$ for a cheeseburger, fry and a sweet tea and an hour of my time. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but this location 🙄

  The milkshakes are so much better than Culvers. I got a water milkshake from Culvers, got a refund, and then went to Whataburger for a proper milkshake.

  I’m honestly extremely disappointed with this experience. I placed a mobile order and redeemed a reward for a medium coffee. When I went to pick it up, the employee at the counter argued with me and insisted that I had ordered a small, even after I showed her the order directly in the app. After arguing with me, she handed me a medium cup and basically left me standing there. When I asked what I was supposed to do with it, she told me that my coffee was “on the counter.” I had placed a MOBILE order, so I expected my drink to actually be prepared and handed to me. The attitude and lack of customer service were completely unnecessary. Mistakes happen, but arguing with a customer who is literally showing you the order on their phone and then being rude about it is not acceptable. I left extremely frustrated and disappointed.

  To be honest, this location has gone downhill ever since this manager named Buddy took over. He has terminated all of the experienced managers and because of this, It is hardly worth visiting anymore unless you're desperate! You often have to wait 30 minutes for a Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger, and sometimes up to 40 minutes when ordering for a family. In my opinion, I would find a better location to spend my money than this one, especially considering how they handle you while you are waiting.

  Is it always a requirement to wait over 30 minutes anytime I want to eat at this location? Sit in the drive through and you’re always going to wait at least 20 minutes. Go inside and you’re always going to get ignored for at least 10 minutes until someone takes your order and another 20 to get it. Insane when this is a common occurrence. And good luck getting out of the drive through when your blocked in! The manager rondale is cool though, that’s about it.
