Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- SSShell3 days ago5.0I visited Restaurant 941 on 10/1/2026 @5:30pm. The food was hot and delicious but I really would like to commend the Cashier: Christopher S. He’s what I call top tier customer service. I’m giving him a 100 on my score card🙂

My biggest complaint is that the last 5-6 times I went there (because it's conveniently along the way), they will always get something wrong with the order. - Ask for a Large Shake, they give you a Medium. Or even a Soda instead. - Ask for a Double with Cheese, get no Cheese. (It's basically a block of meat.) - Ask for Ketchup, none in the bag. Sometimes not even Napkins. I used to not mind going here, but in the past couple months, I now dread that the order is going to be wrong again.

There girl Taya( if I’m spelling that right) was one of the nicest cashiers I have sever dealt with at a busy, drive thru at that time of day. Great attitude. Pretty smile, and didn’t wait too long but gave me some onion rings for the wait. Made my night, thanks you
