  Bad customer service!!!!!!!!!! Refused to serve!!!!!!! didn’t want to make milkshakes because they didn’t want to clean the machine up so they said they weren’t making them today. THEY ALL HAVE NASTY ATTITUDES. I walked up to have my order taken & they were on their phones.

  Pretty disgusting when you get beard hair in your food. Two gentlemen working both with beards and no nets when working with food. Won't go back!!!!!

  Food was good. Burger was tasty. Seasoned fried was just old bay season. Nothing special. Service was meh and location was mall atmosphere. Moist and can’t really talk.

  Let me tell you about the Cajun burger, fries, and red velvet cupcake shake. Chef's kiss. I had surgery and wasn't allowed food for over 12 hours. The moment I was able to eat, I sent my husband to go get a Cajun burger and it sent me into a food coma so heavy, I swear I saw Jesus and he said he approves of the food too. The men that run the place and make the food are top notch on their customer service to go with their A-1 food. Going back for some tonight

  Our burgers were OK--at least as good as anything from Wendy's or Burger King, just more expensive. If you're gonna charge premium prices--and $10 for a burger is fairly pricy--you should be offering a premium burger, not an "OK" burger. I asked for jalapenos and they were left out, and asked for the burger dry--no sauces--and got mustard and mayo. Pretty disappointing. We're not planning to return, and can't recommend Wayback. Overall 3 stars for an average burger, I wish I could leave 2 1/2 stars because I think that's more accurate but the burger wasn't bad so I rounded up.
