  Less an eatery and more of a casino of culinary chaos. Will I get my food in under 45 minutes? Are the staff going to be shouting profanity at one another? Is my crunchwrap going to be sealed properly? Are my nachos going to come out with the pico de gallo that I ordered, or an extra heap of the refried beans that I said not to include? Will I overhear the staff complaining about my order while I'm the only person in the dining area? Will I smell weed when I approach the building? How many employees are going to be on their phones/napping with their heads down on tables when I arrive? How much of my burrito is going to be empty tortilla wrapped around itself? How many pieces of weave will be laying in the parking lot? Whose music is louder; the lobby or the kitchen? Is my steak quesadilla going to actually be chicken? Or just cheese? Or missing from my order entirely? Will I ever get my drink cup? Who's going to be the rudest person in a Taco Bell uniform? How many racial slurs am I going to overhear, and how many directed at me? Will it be before or after I enter the building? Will the guy placing a pick-up order from the lobby get his food before the person in the drive-thru? How many employees will decide to use the restroom the exact moment I place my order? How many times will I hear the toilet flush? Can I hear them complaining to one another from inside the restroom? Will I satisfy my craving for cheap taco meat, or simply spend a night in digestive distress? Nobody knows! The possibilities are endless! The only problem is that most of them suck! Tap your card and place your bets on health code violations! My wife and I went last night, found an employee napping, one on the phone (giving us a dirty look as we walked up), heard the kitchen staff complaining about our order, got mangled items, were missing a quesadilla, and enjoyed 20 minutes of hip hop music clashing with the radio playing in the lobby. Then, because we didn't feel enough like valued customers, we got the privilege of hearing one worker asking a guy at the kiosk if he was "done already." But, hey, we were able to park without the drive-thru backed up down the side street and a fist fight in the parking lot, so it wasn't a total "jackpot" night. My advice? If you see anyone lingering in the lot, there are more than 4 cars waiting to order, you smell the Devil's Lettuce, or hear hip hop as you enter, leave. If you don't, look for employees dozing at one of the tables or trying to hide from cameras with their phones out. After a couple visits, you'll notice a trend and start visiting Arby's or El Paso just across the street. I sure wish we'd paid a bit more attention last night before placing our order. Honestly, if there was another Taco Bell reasonably close to where I live, we'd avoid this one like the disaster area it is; I'm half-convinced that the reviews for this location over 3 stars are staff and friends/family of staff. Just visit El Paso instead.

  I went there with my 13/yo son around 2pm on 5/11/26, and we got a show! The manager cursed out a Door Dash driver at full volume, then cursed about the driver to someone on the phone at full volume, then threatened to call the cops on a customer for calling her out about her behavior. The food ain’t bad for Taco Bell, but they should probably start looking for a new manager asap.

  I pulled up to the drive thru right before 7 pm. I ordered a bag full of items and the order came up short when I got home. I got cheese with no chips, cheese with no large fries, chicken nuggets with no sauce along with the extra sauce I asked for that I did not get. The dr. Pepper taste is off. Overall, this was not a good drive thru experience. I'm not the "call back/come back to taco bell to the rest get my food" type of person. Please get peoples orders correct. Food too expensive too be shorted. Gas too expensive to drive back.
