  Ashlyn is terrible and needs to be fired! The drive-thru line was backed up so I decided to get my food faster and do a mobile order. Once we finally got to the speaker after 10 minutes of waiting, everyone else in the car placed their order and at the end I had told them I had a mobile order. They told us that we had to say we had a mobile order first before ordering the other people’s food so we would have to drive back around. When we asked politely at the window if we could just get the mobile order that was already ordered 12 minutes before the other people at the speaker, Ashlyn got an attitude and started raising her voice at us telling us that she, “already explained it three times to pull back around.” It doesn’t make sense in which order we tell them we had a mobile order to pick up. The customer service of the other employees were better but I feel bad that they have to put up with her. She needs to lay off of the Taco Bell because it’s starting to show. Ashlyn had a nasty attitude and it was uncalled for, please take action on her attitude!

  Dear Manager/Corporate Representative, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had tonight at your Taco Bell location. Earlier in the evening, I placed an order through the drive-thru, and my food was cold. Although I was disappointed, I chose not to complain and simply warmed the food up at home. Later that night, after getting off work, I returned to the same location to purchase food for my daughter because I wanted to continue supporting a local restaurant in our community. When I came inside, I noticed the dining and preparation area appeared dirty and unappetizing. I respectfully mentioned my concerns to one of the team leads, and to his credit, he did not become offended and immediately began wiping things down. However, after thinking about it further, I no longer felt comfortable accepting a remake of the food and instead politely requested a refund. At that point, another female team lead became extremely rude and unprofessional toward me. She loudly stated, “I remade this food and I’m not giving her a refund,” and then instructed another employee to “write her name down because she can’t eat here again.” I was embarrassed and humiliated by the way I was treated in front of other customers and staff members. I calmly asked why she was being rude and requested the corporate manager’s name and phone number. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she refused to provide the information until I repeatedly asked and then threatened to call the police on me, despite the fact that I was not causing a disturbance. I have never felt so publicly disrespected while simply trying to resolve a customer service issue. I believe this situation should be reviewed seriously, and I hope the employee involved receives coaching or disciplinary action regarding professionalism, customer service, and conflict resolution. I understand mistakes happen, but there is never an excuse for humiliating or threatening a customer who is calmly expressing concerns. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.   I ordered 3 soft tacos add tomatoes, what I got were 3 soft tacos add tomatoes and sour cream,,,, which I did not order. I don't not like sour cream, which would be why i do not add it to my order.. I wish they would pay attention to the order and not do as they feel... "hooked on phonics" recommended

  The food was ok, this 1 star review is based mostly on the cleanliness of the restaurant. There’s a lot to be desired here. Tables were all dirty and sticky, the floor was disgusting. A clean place to eat in very important for your customers. This Taco Bell in particular is in a nice neighborhood but doesn’t seem like it. The one credit I’ll give is to the staff, they were very friendly!

  I am normally a rampant TBell sympathizer. However this location consistently has well below average food. Don't come here after hours as the staff cannot handle the very average amount of customers they get. Drive to another location.
