    It was after 10am, so I asked if they are still serving breakfast. He points at the wall and says "There is the menu." I didnt see the breakfast menu, so I asked, "so you're not serving breakfast?" He raised his voice and angrily said "there is the menu!" I just turned around and walked out. He reminded me of the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld.

    April 11, 2026 - 3:58p.m. Order # 3305DFB2-AB 1020 N. 9th Avenue Pensacola, FL 32501 Piss-poor customer service. I walked in after placing an order on my cell phone. "You know what you want?" No greeting. Nothing resembling a welcome countenance or tone. "I have an online order." "Well, it's not ready." "I just placed it." "So, it's not ready." She makes the sandwich and asks my name. I tell her. She wraps the sandwich, places it in the bag, slides the bag toward me, and walks away without another word. I say, "Thank you," and leave. Fix your shitty attitude, Employee 999997

    Terrible customer service wouldn't let me add shredded cheese to my steak and cheesy 6 inch. He says the cheese sauce is the cheese. I will never go back. Cost me 8 bucks just for a 6 inch steak losers.
