  One person is not enough for this location in the afternoons. I waited 30 minutes for a drink, having to push the button twice to not get ignored.

  So because we were trying to place 2 orders on the mobile app they made me wait for mine while cooking the other person's instead of running it out to me while mine was hot I even asked them to bring it out before and instead they made us wait still this is unprofessional and definitely not good service

  There seemed to be only one worker for the entire location and she was incredible. I didn’t catch her name, but I wish I did because it was she was such a delight! Thankful for those who show up with such a positive attitude and a big smile ☺️

  We got here around 10:15pm and now leaving at 10:40. We waited for the stall to blink so we could order and then after 15 mins we switched to a different one thinking it was broken. We waited a bit until we got attention from this nice lady, Maryland, and she greeted us with an apology and I could tell she was extremely stressed. It was just her and the cook and she ended up just giving us drinks and some chicken bites for free. Totally unexpected but she did receive a great tip because of how genuine she was even after all the stress she went through so busy tonight. She even said she’s a manager from a story in Michigan!!! Please give this woman a raise.

  Super slow service. We could have gone to a sit down restaurant and ordered faster than this sonic.
