  My husband went to get us blast icecream and it took forever to get the order. Watching the staff playing goofing off and not seeming to care about the customers waiting on there orders. After a long wait finally getting our order the person handing the icecream was as rude as they could possibly be. We will absolutely never go back there again

  TLDR: slow service. Avoid. Was 3rd car in line, 1 car in a stall on arrival, 1 at the window. Waited 10 minutes with no movement so placed an order online, which was to be ready in about 5 minutes. Car ahead drove off. App said to park and hit the button in the stall. Waited 20 minutes with no response. Noticed only 1 car in the drive thru line that had pulled to the window. So pulled in behind them. Waited another 10 minutes until they were finished. Light was still blinking at the stall as being unanswered (after 30 minutes and no competition). Got to the window and got my 3 ice creams which were all under filled and soggy like they had been made 30 minutes prior. Only 2 employees working it appeared and they were both lost as a day 1 employee. Haven't been to this location in 3 years due to poor service. Obviously hasn't gotten better, so this is a management issue. Will not be going back.

  Not 2 thrilled about this place I mean yesterday I went around noon for a strawberry shake and it was good I went there today around 3 got a strawberry shake and a refresher and the shake was sloppy with drop splashing all over the clear lid looked disgusting something about it did not sit well with me so I went to return it and the girl at the window said I could not return it I,I kindly ask for a exchange for a cup of water wich she told me they charge for it I then said can I get a sweet tea and she said I would have to pay I told her the shake was sour it tasted like sourcream with strawberries I then asked to speak to a manager he never even came to the window they just gave me the sweet tea didn't even acknowledge my complaint like what ever happened to customer service never again.

  Could not even drink my shake because it’s so thick. Huge waste of money. If I wanted ice cream I would have went some where else.

  I went and paid for my order only to receive only a Burger and fries and drink but not other stuff that was order i ordered 2 burger and fries and 2 nuggets and 2 corndog with 2 drinks
